To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government to outline the exact title of each Minister of State in his Department; to outline their delegated functions and attributable budget heading for each of those functions; the timeframe for when such delegated functions will be formally notified to the Dáil; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As set out in Government Decision S180/20/2948 the following Ministers of State have been appointed to my Department :

John Cummins, T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage with special responsibility for Local Government and Planning;

Christopher O'Sullivan, T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage with special responsibility for Nature, Heritage and Biodiversity.

Kieran O'Donnell, T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Health with special responsibility for Older People who will also have responsibilities in my Department in the area of housing for older people.

I will discuss the functions to be delegated to these Ministers in the coming weeks and they will be formalised in a Delegation of Functions Order in the usual way once the functions are all agreed.
