54. To ask the Taoiseach the salary scale that appli to the Secretary General of his Department; whether this scale has changed in the past year; and whether there are proposals to change this scale in the coming period. [4326/25]

The salary scale that applies to the post of Secretary General of the Department of the Taoiseach and Secretary General to the Government (a single post) is Secretary General Level 1 as per Circular 14/2024.
The only changes that have been made to that scale in the past year (and that may be made in the coming period) are in line with the Public Service Agreement 2024-2026.
