The Programme for Government sets out the clear ambition to prioritise the delivery of transformative, critical and growth-enhancing infrastructure over the next 5 years.

Stable, long-term delivery of essential infrastructure is a priority for the Government, in addition to ensuring projects are delivered as early as possible and within budget.

To support these goals, the Government, led by my Department, will prioritise an early review of the National Development Plan to be completed by summer 2025.
