71. To ask the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if the Office of Public Works was informed of the deaths from bubonic plague (also known as the Black Death) of monkeys at Dublin Zoo in the Phoenix Park in 2024; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3698/25]
