There are currently no plans to build a new Garda Station in Clongriffen. However, it is the Intention of An Garda Síochána to construct a new Divisional Headquarters for the DMR North Division, incorporating an enhanced custody suite for the DMR and a number of specialist training facilities for An Garda Síochána. This new Divisional Headquarters will provide policing for the Clongriffen area.
