To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth the number of legal actions taken against her Department due to a child not receiving an assessment of need within the statutory timeframe since 2020, by year, in tabular form; and if she will make a statement on the matter. As this question refers to service matters, I have asked the Health Service Executive (HSE) to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.
