The appointment of Special Advisers is subject to section 11 of the Public Service Management Act 1997. Under Section 11(1)(a) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 a Minister of the Government may appoint a maximum of two Special Advisers.

I intend to appoint two advisers shortly.
