To ask the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade to list the composition of his private office, inclusive of the grade and increment of each civil servant assigned to his office; whether they are located in the private or constituency office; the value of any allowance paid to those individuals and the purpose of each allowance; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The following table indicates the number of civil servants employed in my Private Office in the Department of Foreign Affairs.

The Private Secretary to the Tánaiste is paid a private secretary allowance, which amounts to €24,952.76 annually.
