Department Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform
Facilities services in the Department's offices in Government Buildings and a number of other nearby buildings are provided by the Department of Finance and those costs are reflected in that Department’s reply to this question.
This Department's other offices in Dublin, Sligo and Trim are shared with other Civil Service bodies and the lead tenant in each building procures cleaning services and associated costs are included as part of a quarterly service charge which is paid to the lead tenant. My Department does not hold contracts in its own right for these locations.
For the Department's offices in Limerick and Cork, the details are below.

The OPW manage and own the building in which the State Laboratory operates. Currently, the cleaning of the building is provided by a Facilities Management company managed by OPW.
