To ask the Minister for Education and Skills to confirm the €10 million capital funding from Government to the National College of Ireland to support the NCI's second campus at Spencer Dock; if he will confirm the equalisation of funding for NCI students in order that funding is at the same level as those in other Universities and Technological Universities; the process of designating NCI as a higher education institute pursuant to the Higher Education Act 2022; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
