The Increased Cost of Business (ICOB) grant registration process was a self-declaration process whereby a business supplied information in order to register for the ICOB scheme. Businesses were asked to ensure their categorisation was correct when the ICOB grant was extended in May of this year.

The ICOB scheme is now closed and it is not possible to reopen that scheme to reclassify a business.
