Through funding at national and ETB level, my Department supports young people living in Donegal to access enriching, developmental and supportive out-of-school spaces and opportunities that help them to develop their full potential.
The majority of funding for youth services in Donegal is allocated by Donegal Education and Training Board. The following tables set out the relevant information in respect of funding from my Department to that ETB to support youth service provision.
In addition, my Department is this year providing over €14 million in funding to National Youth Organisations under the Youth Service Grant Scheme, which supports youth clubs and groups across the State, including Donegal.
