I can confirm that my Department received a proposal from Teagasc in relation to the matter in question. The proposal is being examined as expeditiously as possible in accordance with the requirements of the Code of Practice for the Governance of State bodies and Circular 17/2016: Policy for Property Acquisition and for Disposal of Surplus Property.

My Department will update Teagasc directly once matters are finalised.
