Simon Coveney, T.D. in his capacity as Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment met with the US Trade Representative, Ambassador Katherine Tai during the WTO's 13th Ministerial Conference which was held Abu Dhabi in February of this year, where they discussed matters relating to the ongoing work of the WTO and the importance of maintaining a rules-based international order.

Officials from my Department and our staff posted to Ireland's Embassy in Washington, regularly engage with their US counterparts on matters of trans-Atlantic trade and investment.
