To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government to provide a copy of public submissions made to the draft 2019 wind energy development guidelines, specifically those made by MAS Environmental, the Institute of Acoustics, Wind Energy Ireland, the Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Health, HSE Environmental Health Office, the Office of Planning Regulator, Eirgrid, the CRU any and all local authorities; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
