To ask the Minister for Health to confirm the income amount generated by the car park at St Luke's General Hospital, Kilkenny in each of the last five years; the number of vehicles clamped in the car park for the same period; if a more user friendly plan for parking on the hospital campus incorporating emergency drop-off points, 15 minute free parking, parking for the elderly and disabled spaces close to the main hospital is being developed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
