In response to the Deputy, and further to Parliamentary Question No. 131 of 18 September 2024, my private office has contacted the NTA requesting that the number of demerits under part 5 of the Taxi Regulation Act 2013 that the NTA issued for each of the past ten years, be sent to you as soon as possible.
