286. To ask the Minister for Rural and Community Development the total amount of consultancy fees incurred by her Department in each of the past ten years and to date in 2024, in tabular form. [41795/24]

Consultancy is defined by the Department of Finance as the provision of intellectual or knowledge based services (e.g. expert analysis and advice) through delivering reports, studies, assessments, recommendations, proposals, etc. that contribute to decision making or policy development.
The table below gives the total amount of consultancy fees incurred by my Department since establishment in 2017 to date in 2024.
