The Communications Unit of my Department, comprising the Press Office and Digital Communications teams, fulfil the public relations remit within the Department. As such, I am advised by my officials that there has been no expenditure on, or external assistance sought with, Departmental or Ministerial public relations since my Department was constituted in its current configuration in September 2020.
