From the limited information provided in this question it is, unfortunately, impossible for me to assist at this point. My department operates the Mother and Baby Institutions Payment Scheme but institution referenced - Convent of Mercy - is not a named institution in that scheme. At this juncture, I am not sure to what redress scheme the Deputy refers. My officials will be happy to assist if further information becomes available and it is appropriate to my Department.
