To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth further to Parliamentary Question No. 1358 of 9 September 2024, in which he states 'Tusla has confirmed that it ceased using the services of this organisation in February 2024', if he is aware that employees (details supplied) have reported that this organisation is still working with Tusla; if he will investigate these claims; to confirm if they are true; and if they are, what actions his Department will take in relation to this.
