154. To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a 2024 area of natural constraints payment will issue to a person in County Kerry (details supplied) for the remainder of their declared lands; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [40608/24]

An application for participation in the 2024 Basic Income Support for Sustainability Scheme (BISS), Complementary Redistributive Support for Sustainability (CRISS), Areas of Natural Constraints (ANC) and ECO schemes was received from the above-named applicant on 15 May 2024.
In 2024 the applicant has included new commonage lands in the townlands of Derrymore East and Derrymore West in County Kerry. All applicants on commonage lands are required to provide evidence in support of their claims. The documentation received has now been reviewed and accepted as proof of Mr. Moriarty's right to claim a share on the commonage lands in the townland of Derrymore East and Derrymore West.
The applicants Areas of Natural Constraint (ANC) application is now cleared and payment will issue on the next payment run.
