I propose to take Questions Nos. 63 and 64 together.

I can confirm that I received 663 correspondences from members of the CIÉ 1951 Pension Scheme between the 2nd of September 2024 and the 7th of October 2024. The Secretary General of the Department of Transport has been copied on 537 of those correspondences. This large volume of correspondence in relation to the Scheme is currently being considered by my Department.
