To ask the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if she is aware of the enormous number of voluntary groups and countless individuals who give their time to produce and perform musical theatre in every part of the country; if she believes a dedicated line of funding should be available for such groups who provide an introduction to both music and theatre to a huge number of children and young people and who enable communities everywhere to enjoy the highest standard of musical theatre production; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
