The remuneration rate for members of the the Forestry Appeals Committee is as follows.

Chairperson

Oral Hearing: €450

Paper Hearing: €400

Postponement day of hearing: €300

Deputy Chairperson

Oral Hearing: €420

Paper Hearing: €380

Postponement day of hearing: €280

Ordinary Member

Oral Hearing: €350

Paper Hearing: €350

Postponement day of hearing: €280

In addition to the sitting rates, a flat rate of €6,000 is paid per year to the Chairperson for the ancillary duties associated with the role.
