I can confirm that an application form was received on the 27^th April 2023 to transfer the role of herdowner as per the details supplied. This application was processed and a letter of confirmation sent to the herdowners on the 3rd of May 2023.

My Department has no record of receiving a transfer request application form in September 2023. If the person named wishes to carry out another transfer they should contact the Regional Veterinary Office in Cork.
