To ask the Minister for Education and Skills her views on the issue of extra time at State examinations for students who have been diagnosed with dyslexia; the reason the State Examinations Commission, in reviewing this process, has a timeline for two to three years minimum; if she will request the commission to have this matter concluded by the next round of State examinations in the early summer of 2025; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The State Examinations Commission has statutory responsibility for operational matters relating to the state examinations.
