To ask the Minister for Health the proportion of work time of the clinical lead for transgender services which is dedicated to clinical practice at the National Gender Service; the proportion dedicated to the development of the new model of care; and the special arrangements, if any, which apply for the duration of the development of the new model of care; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
