To ask the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment if he will ensure, by regulation or other means, that there will be unhindered access 24/7 for all health and emergency services and primary care services and for all local residents, to their homes, particularly those with high and complex medical needs, during every phase of the construction of large-scale renewable energy developments.
