The Targeted Agricultural Modernisation Scheme (TAMS 3) provides grants to farmers to build and/or improve a specified range of farm buildings and equipment on their holdings.

This includes support for equine training facilities, including gallops, which are available under the Animal Welfare and Nutrient Storage Scheme (AWNSS), the Young Farmers Capital Investment Scheme (YFCIS), and the Women Farmer Capital Investment Scheme (WFCIS).
