The Department of Education is aware of the challenging circumstances of the individual concerned and, although this is essentially a housing issue, has undertaken to assist in identifying a path forward.
This is a particularly difficult and complex case, and the Department continues to engage with the individual concerned and with other relevant parties, including the relevant local authority, to try to identify a solution as soon as possible.
