Pilot on Bio Binders. Bio-binders are alternative asphalt mixes for road construction, replacing bitumen with organic materials to reduce carbon emissions and decrease the demand for fossil fuels. | While not commissioned by the Department, this pilot is being undertaken by Clare CoCo with cooperation and funding support from the Department of Transport. Estimated completion Q4 2025. |
Research Programme on Behavioural Science to Support Sustainable Transport Modes. | Q3 2026 |
