United States Customs and Border Protection (US CBP) at Dublin Airport are represented by their Port Director on the National Air Transport Facilitation Committee (NATFaC). The NATFaC last met on 10 April 2024 and the next meeting is scheduled for 13 November 2024.
There is also engagement with US CBP through the Preclearance Consultative Group, established under Article XI of the Aviation (Preclearance) Act 2009. The PCCG last met on 23 February 2023 and the next meeting date is to be confirmed.
The last bilateral meeting between officials of my Department and the Port Director was on 17 May 2023 where the US CBP Global Entry Programme was discussed.
