To ask the Minister for Health if, in relation to the amyloidosis model of care submitted in August 2020 and approved in October 2022, preparations are underway to reapply for the new service development submission that did not secure funding; if so, when the application will be submitted; and if it is realisable or acceptable for the national clinical advisor and group lead and assessment officer to attempt to implement the key areas nationally in the absence of funding.
