The person named submitted an application under the ACRES General stream and was approved into Tranche 1 of the scheme.

This ACRES contract was selected for an on-farm Inspection on 10th October 2023, and notification of the inspection findings issued to the person named by letter dated 4th July 2024. As the Deputy is aware, a request to review this decision was received by the ACRES section. The review request was acknowledged and forwarded to the Regional Inspector on 7th August 2024.

The request is being considered by the Regional Inspector and the herd owner will be contacted directly when a decision is made.
