My Department is working with the Office of Public Works to deliver the Regional Laboratories Redevelopment Programme. The design team is finalising an exemplar laboratory design and in accordance with the redevelopment programme, a planning application will be submitted in the coming months for the Kilkenny site in the first instance. When finalised, the exemplar design will form the basis for the replacement laboratory in Sligo and work will commence on site investigations and development of the planning application.
