I am aware of the extradition case referenced by the Deputy. This is a complex legal case currently under consideration in Greenland and by the Danish authorities.

While conscious that this case is the subject of on-going legal proceedings, I have asked my officials to raise the matter with their Danish counterparts to gain a better understanding of the issues at stake and to recall our shared commitments to the protection of environmental human rights defenders.
