The issue raised by the Deputy concerns a former employee of the Irish Aviation Authority (IAA) and is an operational matter for the IAA. I have referred the Deputy's questions to the IAA for direct reply. I would ask the Deputy to advise my private office if a reply is not received from the IAA within ten working days.
