The National Intreo Contact Centre (NICC) provides a single point of phone contact for customers who are making enquiries to Intreo Centres in relation to services and payments for people of working age. It also operates the National Community Welfare Service (NCWS) phoneline and the MyWelfare Support Helpline. Staff of the NICC are located at various locations across the country.

Please find below an outline of staffing within the NICC as requested.
