The Increased Cost of Business Scheme has now closed for registrations. Over 81,000 businesses have registered for this grant scheme. The scheme has a budget of €257 million and as of 6th September, €222.8 million has been paid in first and second grant payments to verified eligible businesses. Local authorities are continuing to process payments once business details have been verified.
