My Department is aware of the issue raised by the Deputy and is in ongoing engagement with the Department of Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform on the matter as part of the 2025 Estimates process.

It would not be appropriate for me to pre-empt the outcome of those engagements in advance of the Budget 2025 announcement.
