2462.To ask the Minister for Health the number of qualified advanced paramedics in the midwest region who are currently serving in desk positions, outside of those on light duty for practical reasons, out of the 43 advanced paramedics in the region; if some of those desk positions could be filled by a clerk who is not licensed to practice as an advanced paramedic, to increase the number of paramedics on the road; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
