2352.To ask the Minister for Health given the recent case where a CAMHS psychiatrist pleaded guilty to sexual assault, whether one of 42 reports of sexual assaults was referenced in the Mental Health Commission’s annual report; if CAMHS reports sexual assaults to the Mental Health Commission;; and if he will make a statement on the matter. As the Department of Health cannot comment on individual cases and this is a case before the courts it would not be appropriate for the Minister to make a statement at this time.
