My Department is committed to ensuring that a skilled and motivated workforce is in place to meet its priority business needs. Workforce planning processes are utilised to identify our requirements across all our grade streams and locations, aiming to ensure a long-term, proactive and strategic plan by which current and future staffing needs are addressed. Overall staffing levels and required skills are continually monitored to ensure business needs are met within budgetary and organisational priorities.
The table below provides further information on the number of WTE district superintendents employed within this Department in 2022, 2023 and to date in 2024, and has been compiled from staff lists available to us on dates closest to the requested dates ie 28th December 2022, 25th December 2023 and 8th July 2024.
