Enquires into the characteristic of the proposed electricity storage facility at Ballynanelagh, Knockraha, County Cork is a matter presently with the planning authorities and thus should be directed to the relevant local planning authority, Cork Country Council, in the first instance and the Department of Housing, Local Government and Environment thereafter. This is not a matter for the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications.

However, in order to provide information to the Deputy, my department has contacted the relevant company who have provided their contact details should the Deputy wish to engage directly with them on this matter. Please find the contact details attached.
