My Department does not hold a copy of the confidential agreement surrounding the sale of Arramara Teoranta by údarás na Gaeltachta to Acadian Seaplants in 2014. I have been informed by údarás na Gaeltachta that the agreement referred to by the Deputy is still in place and that, accordingly, details of the sale cannot be divulged.
