To ask the Minister for Health the reason the CNM2 salary scale at an organisation (details supplied) has not been extended by the addition of one further scale point; the reason the long service increment has not been introduced, both of which were recommended by the Expert Review Body on Nursing and Midwifery; if there are plans to implement these changes; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
