The report of the public consultation on the further regulation of nicotine inhaling products and tobacco products will be published in the coming weeks. The results of that consultation, along with evidence reviews and legal advice, are informing the General Scheme for a Bill which I am currently developing and which I will bring to Government early in the next term.
