To ask the Minister for Health if the HSE was approached by an organisation (details supplied) in relation to the possibility of partnering with it to provide services, including a pilot service, in the south Tipperary area; if those discussions have continued; if funding for SECH mental health services will be considered for Budget 2025 to develop such arrangements; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
