The Department of Social Protection's public helpline numbers are officially advertised on a dedicated Social Welfare Numbers webpage on Gov.ie. Currently, there are 45 public helpline numbers advertised. Additionally my Department advertises 58 branch office numbers on the Local Branch Offices webpage on Gov.ie. Details of these numbers are set out in the table below.
While calls to my Department are not recorded, sample call content is monitored for training purposes and to improve customer satisfaction.
